I will give this store a better review if they actually hired more people! They desperately need new people and are always on indeed but I don't think they actually ever hire anyone because every single time I come in there it's a forever wait!

If I could give a zero I would. I’ve had them at my new address for two months been able to use it since the 4th of July than yesterday when they came to bury the underground line my WiFi stops working all over again. I’m paying $50 a month for something that doesn’t even work. I takes weeks to get an appointment for them to fix it. And when I call they have to put in a ticket because there never any availability on the damn account. I’m tired of wasting my time and money with Xfinity. Mine you I still had to pay even though I couldn’t even use the damn service.

Make sure you get the reciepts when you return equipment. I had my reciept still and they tried charging me still ANYWAY! They will take it and say they take care of it and then you get charged for it later. They will try to rip you off at any time. If I didn’t have my reciept they would have made me pay for it.

Staff is friendly but misleading. My account had clerical errors made in person at this branch and I was told that when tickets are submitted they rarely are ever approved/corrected. I asked for a support number and after an hour, they were able to fix it over the phone. They also confirmed that the staff member who made the clerical error did so to get more referral points or bonus. I can't remember what she specifically said! But it was intentional. I almost lost out on a free year of phone service. If you experience a similar issue call support. They were able to live chat people who could help. Hope this helps someone else!

Horrible! They will LIE to you. My parents moved homes twice now and they were told they could keep the same number they had from the 1970's. When they moved, they gave them a new number and said it was impossible to keep the same number. The 2nd time they moved 1 mile and asked to transfer the same service (basic cable, internet and phone #) and they CANCELLED their number and service and instead of keeping the same services they sold my 90 year old father a ring camera and gave him a Xumo device! They cancelled their phone number and gave them a different one AFTER being promised they could keep the same number.
